Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If there is any delay due to high volume or stock availability, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We currently ship within Egypt only and offer Standard Shipping:

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

Shipping Fees

• Free shipping on all orders above 2,000 EGP
• For orders below 2,000 EGP, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location

Tracking & Confirmation

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Elmento is not responsible for:

• Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Failed deliveries caused by courier service issues outside our control
